The driver was exceptional! Came here late at night during the snow and ice storm. This was after he worked all day and was already settled back home. He came up on a road block. He found a different route to get to us. Way beyond the call of duty!
The receptionist was also exceptional. She did everything she could to get us service that night.
All in all, I was astounded to see these people go over and above to help us when we really needed it.
