We just had propane delivered and I was shocked to see the price per gallon (almost double the advertised prices locally). I contacted Champagne/Superior and was told because our tank is only 30 gallons (gas range only), and we use less than 100 gallons per year, we pay more than someone with a much larger tank. The customer service rep does not control the price of propane and was very pleasant even if I was frustrated. In fact, the folks at Champagne in Biddeford are ALWAYS polite and helpful. The drivers are thoughtful and courteous (tank is somewhat hidden). I will not be chasing down 'cheaper' prices. I trust Champagne.

I was going to write to you to let you know what a wonderful customer service rep you have, Anne Chretien. Last year I called with questions about my delivery and understanding my invoice. This was my second call as the first person I spoke with was very clip and was not helpful at all. When I got to talk to Anne on my second call, she answered all my questions. I called for a payoff invoice on 2-27-24, got the first person again, asked for a copy of my last statement and she sent me an embedded copy that was cut off to the left side, I could not use it for my closing. I phoned a second time and thankfully Anne assisted me. She sent me a PDF of the ticket and my paid receipt, documents that I was able to submit for closing. Anne is polite, very helpful and professional, she represents you very well.
