This past August 2024, we had a delivery problem/issue, though we had Champagnes replace/upgrade our old tank a year ago. Fortunately, our delivery driver Mario, a service representative Sharon, & Madison, the service manager, all helped us to resolve this issue. Evidently, an error had occurred, which is understandable considering the changes in the company’s computer/billing system. My husband & I are quite pleased with the outcome. Prompt delivery and service
I like the service they provide and they deliver automatically and on time. They clean my propane fire place and the service people are friendly and very clean - never any messes.

Very easy to work with. I am never concerned that we will run out. A few years ago we had a heating problem during a very cold day and they quickly responded to our emergency call and their service person had us up and running pretty quickly.
Most of the time, drivers do not leave slips on our door to see how much was delivered and when. Otherwise, I would have submitted a 10

I kinda had to have the tank delivered relatively fast and they came through a delivered it they brought the gas all in order. I appreciate it. The salesman was wonderful.
