Lisette was very kind and professional. Her detailed treatment for carpenter ants was so efficient, I haven't seen any live ones in days. She treated every hinge and cranny. She explained everything. Whenever we have a special need, call your company and always have an effective response. Like the last time we have black bugs in our pantry. We called . The next day, a very knowledgeable man came identified the pest and apply an excellent solution in a few days. Every sign of them was gone.
