Every time Native Pest performs their quarterly service the technician is always very polite and professional.
There is always an agent available to take my phone call. They are always courteous and cheerful. They are able to narrow down the time window when the tech will arrive. 2 years ago Native Pest Management got a serious Fire ant problem under control. Now the techs come to spray to prevent a recurrence of the fire ant problem. I am happy to say that the preventive treatment has been successful.
Native pest Management is reliable company that comes when assigned and will return when requested. The technicians so far have all been professional and respectful of myu home. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Jay was my service rep and upon meeting he asked me questions about my concerns and then went to his truck to get booties to protect my home as if it was his own. He then not only treated my concerns, I felt he went the extra mile. He was very customer friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company from my first phone call, to the initial meeting, to me wanting there service and to them treating my home w both termites and pest control. Sonja was awesome! She was professional as she dealt with our specific problem with a wasp nest on our second floor external bathroom wall . She informed us that the problem was taken care of for us and not to hesitate if we needed any further assistance. So professional!!
