I was welcomed on my first call by Andrea who was helpful & knowledgeable. She quickly set up my first treatment and followed up with documents to sign. Jacob, the tech came out and texted when he was in his way. He listened to my concerns about my pets and chemical sensitivities, identified our issue and made a plan. He was informative and discussed the plan of action. He had to go into our attic which is challenging to access, he even looked on our roof when he had a concern about a vent opening and was able to determine it was safe and closed off. He took time to look for entry points and pointed out some openings around our under sink plumbing.j Jacob showed what product I should get to close the pipe openings. He was confident this treatment should eradicate our issues and explained that they could return before my next scheduled maintenance if any ‘friends’ returned. Very happy with the fact that there communication between Andrea & Jacob and that he knew entering my house that we didn’t want traditional spray due to sensitivities. While this was our first exterminator experience it was very pleasant. I went with Native due to their great reviews and they were also fairly priced. So far so good with our unwanted guests!

Native pest control is the best! I've had their services now for almost 6 years now! The technicians are very professional and kind. They treated our inside Living area 2 times and I've never had any bugs of any kind. Their products are fantastic and very pet friendly after an hour so spray around perimeter is dry! Very affordable too! I would highly recommend Native Pest control for everyone. I will continue on with services in the future. Great bunch of folks

I’ve been using Native for almost a year now and I can confidently say I’m satisfied with the results. A few weeks ago there was a palmetto bug (which I am deathly afraid of) in my laundry room and by the next morning it was in the middle of the room dead!
The service is excellent & any time I have an issue with (sugar ants inside, spiders & webs on the outside) they know exactly what to do to get rid of the problem. They are so knowledgeable & great customer service.
I am alerted by email the day before the Tech is scheduled to come. I then call the office to a request a time window for the tech to arrive and the rep arranges fo the tech to come. It benefits both me and the company, because I can tell the tech the areas on the outside of the property that I need treated. This saves the tech time and the company does not waste money dispensing unnecessary chemicals.
