Yes, you are doing a good, job, thank you. However when I signed up for pest treatment I wasn't told it was a 1 year contract. But thankfully, you are a hardworking, professional and reputable company. When contract expires in October, I might be interested in occassional treatments. Do you offer that service?

My only issue is that i'm not always sent an email prior to the day you are coming. Sometimes I am and sometimes i'm not. We have one employee who is sensitive. I let her know when you are coming so she can plan accordingly.
