I originally chose Native because my old neighbor who has since moved, used Native and she was equally concerned about using products that did not harm pets or humans or the environment, so I appreciate that Native is trustworthy in this manner. I also appreciate the wonderful customer service and how response they are to clients. I love that you're taken care of our palmetto bug problem and that we are now practically bug-free and I can walk in my home and not worry about palmetto bugs scaring me any time of the day or night! Each of the technicians over the past year and a half or more since starting with Native, has been exceptional! They are timely, polite, kind, compassionate, and always attentive to client's needs, so I cannot say one negative thing about Native basically!
