Braden Jenkins asked about my second property and he determined tht I would need a new schedule so as not to run out of oil again which he initiated.;
I also received quick delivery of oil after my call. in later afternoon and delivered the very next
morning.

I was most happy about my delivery driver and his friendliness and courtesy as well as his education to me as I had not dealt with Propane before.
Setting up service.....was fast and easy! Had a tank and all hooked up within 3 days of initial phone call. All staff were helpful and gracious.
It's nice to talk to your CSR. It's like they really listen and care about you and what's going on with you and willing to work with you. The delivery guys are always pleasant to talk to when they come fill the tank.
The company responds quickly. Repairmen are polite.
