Deliveries are always on time, and the drivers are careful and respectful of personal property. As to service, there is certainly room for improvement, especially with reaching a person when I phone, but once that connection is made, that person is very thorough about following through with solutions.
As someone who owns a home. In Phi[[sburg, Maine, but is currently in a retirement community, I wish there were a more direct way to contact your company. I do not own a computer, and am pretty worthless about technology in general, so my wish would be to make it easier for me to reach you when I need to.

I really like that you give those of us at Signature Pines a special rate and that you have a payment plan so us "seniiors" are able to pay. You also are good at coming for servicing in a timely manner when something goes wrong.

Very professional and friendly both on the phone and in person. The technician who came to our house spent a great deal of time inspecting every aspect of our system, and then even more time explaining it to me with safety directions. Very impressed with Downeast Energy based on their personnel.

The new website is very user friendly and gives you more detail than the old platform used too. When or if you have to call the staff are very friendly and you're getting someone who is local and not someone sitting in some other state or country and not understanding your needs. I also have great peace of mind knowing I will have heating oil whenever I need it.
Along with scheduled delivery, we have our heating system inspected every year and service is there if we detect a problem.
