Service was excellent.
Car rental from Hertz was not good. They question me several times about not having a credit card. I don't have one. My partner used his for the rental. Was not clear on how or where to return the car. Very poor English. Would I recommend Hertz rental to some one NO
It was an easy process to drop my car off and just give them an ICBC claim number. Wally was fantastic at keeping me updated. Hyundai was terrible at delivering parts.
