The service provided by Kirmac was excellent. It took a lot longer than expected due to some stalling and interference by ICBC but I was provided with a courtesy car for those several weeks.

Friendly customer experience, Mark is very helpful. My two topics for feedback is that calibration for windshields occurs offsite to a very distant separate business which costs the car owner time and money in fuel (a quarter tank of fuel) and unknown drivers to deliver car to and from. Understandably, some vehicles are more sophisticated but given that Kirmac is in North Van, this should be something they invest in, if possible as many local customers likely have these more modern cars. Maybe I should be going to Mercedes and BMW dealer ? Not sure. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service. Finally, I would mention that there is a liquid / fluid that flows down the windshield inside the windshield and doesn’t look good (must be cleaned). Happened on both cars I had windshields changed on. It’s important to let the customer know. Otherwise, friendly staff and easy to do business with. Last point, exiting the venue is very dangerous as cars parked too close to edge of curb on street (illegal) block visibility to road and oncoming cars at 60km hr can easily hit me upon exit. Call me if you want more info. Happy to share. I did mention to a manager at office.
