However, I ordered my helmet online and had it shipped to a local store, but Trek needs a better system for communicating with the customer that the item has arrived - this is NOT an issue with the local stores, this is an issue with the structure related to ordering online and having shipped to a store. It could do with some refinement. Love my new blush helmet!
