I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the gym is usually not too crowded or noisy like other gyms with loud music.

My only request would be to replace the decline bench press with another regular bench press, because sometimes that one is occupied and people have to wait a long time, while almost no one uses the decline bench press. Thanks

The people who work there and the people in the water aerobics class are all really nice and helpful. The facility is wonderful: the pool, the treadmills, and the dressing room.
