I like the group classes
Water aerobics is a great way to get cardio exercise and is easy on your joints. Mattie is the best instructor. She really encourages you to work out.
The facility is well-maintained and the staff is friendly. Good security is obvious with ID scans necessary for entry and a patrolled parking lot.
The personnel at this YMCA is sooo very helpful and kind to everyone. They work very professionally in helping all people that go there. I am very much impressed with how this facility is run and managed. Many businesses in Memphis could learn from this team how to positively engage others and help build others up to meet their goals in life.

I love the warm welcome that I receive each time I come. I love the group cycling classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings. I love the personal swim lessons that I am able to take to improve my swimming ability.
I like the gym too much, clean, friendly, good atmosphere
I really like the Active Older Adults classes and the Senior Yoga class. Diane Hall is a very good instructor.
