The good environment
I love how friendly the staff is, how clean the equipment is and the nursery is amazing for child care !
I have been all over America in my travels and used YMCA's across the country. I believe that the Nuber YMCA is the best in the country. Everyone is friendly, both members and staff. Everyone gets along. The pool and weight room are great. It is my second home.
Close to my house, the people working there are friendly and the place is very clean.
I’d like the professionalism, the friendliness, the offering of multiple different classes it’s very clean. The instructors are friends and professional and it feels like a family going there.
Only thing I would like more is if you had a sauna, would be great to be warmed up after working out whether it’s cold or just to soften up sore muscles then it would be fantastic!
I enjoy the group classes and the childcare provided while parents exercise. I like sports activities that parents can sign up for their kids throughout the year like swimming and sports clinics. I like being able to visit various YMCA locations throughout the city and even when out of town!

The people
Friendly staff upon entrance and exit of facility. Very welcoming. They speak to everyone who enters and wish you a good day/night/evening as you leave. Pretty clean facility. Everything I need is right there.
The staff welcomes me at the door and wishes me a good evening (afternoon) when I leave. I usually swim at the Y and feel confident there are eyes on everyone in the water. When I walk by the lifeguards, I tell them, good job! (At another pool in town there are no lifeguards. Swim at your own risk... Nice.) The shower stalls are clean. The dressing room is clear of floor litter. What else can I ask for?

Everything! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The pool the best one in town for lap swimming and the deep end is unique and not to be under estimated in value or appreciation.

I loved the convenience of being in my neighborhood. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I grew up with YMCA as a household name and trusted resource. My children have also benefitted from being a part of this family resource. My experiences have always been great.

Cleanliness though that has noticeably changed recently. Not to the fault of staff but rather seems to be more of an administrative decision to cut staff and shift responsibilities.
