There is a variety of classes from which to choose. The instructors are dedicated to their work and listen to the people in their class. The facility is clean and encourages social interaction by offering coffee and places to sit and converse.

Beautiful and well-maintained facilities, so many amenities and classes on offer, friendly and helpful staff! When I left my yoga mat and blocks at the Y by mistake overnight, two staff members even assisted me in finding these. The search took us through several rooms, but happily, they were able to return my gear to me. (Thanks, ladies!)
