It is a very family friendly place.
Variety of fitness equipment. Free weights and machines. The gym is very clean.
I enjoy the diversity in group exercise classes, members, and cultures. The newly opened mezzanine is spacious and yet private with a variety of weights to choose from. The pool has a great play area for young kids while my older kids enjoy playing air hockey. Thank you EVERYONE for all the hard work to making Jorgensen a safe and enjoyable space for family, healthy choices, and community.
Water exercise classes except for the Monday class.
I like the customer service and please if yes of the facility. I also like that it’s 5 minutes from my house.

Great location that exercise. Excellent machine selection. Really like the e gym. Sandy and Susan. Take care of all the towels and other things that makes a smooth operation.
They do a wonderful job keeping our child active and engaged during the after school program.
All of the counselors there are SOOOOO great with the kids! They really care of them, keeping them safe, having them learn and have fun! My son LOVES his time there. I trust that he is being well taken care of and not in any danger.
The Childcare staff and directors genuinely care about our kids and work with us towards their success. I can easily talk with anyone about any concerns or any special help our boys might need, and when there are problems they need to bring to my attention it is always done in a caring, supportive, and solution-minded way. I can tell my kids are really loved and that they feel that way; not just another check in a box to get through a work day. I don't know how they find so many special people to execute these programs but I'm so thankful they do and that we were referred here!

Great facilities and always clean and easy to park.
I came for yoga but couldn't find the room and with my social anxiety, I get nervous walking around. So I went and asked the girl at the desk and she didn't know. I left and later found out it was in another room from my friend then it is originally. I was anxious about the visit but the facility was great and the girl asked may not have known but was friendly and smiled.
The staff are friendly and willing to answer all questions that are asked. The Y is always clean and the atmosphere is always calm when I come.
Thank you for repainting the areas where the paint was peeling in locker/dressing rooms. It looks great. I like the aqua aerobics with the TV instructor (having a live instructor would be better---not the zumba kind). Staff at front desk is always helpful and friendly.
With summer children's camps/baby sitting rapidly approaching, please train camp staff with skills for working with young children.

Friendly people, close to home.
It’s always nice to see a familiar face of the staff when we walk in. Some of them really take the time to personally greet you and get to know you and your family and it is much appreciated. Also, there is always something for everyone in my family to do whether it’s a program or using the daily amenities that are offered.
Exellent staff and best place to be in free times.
I always feel like I belong and it's got something for everyone. The Egym equipment is my favorite!
