This is the nicest Y and it does so much for everyone. There are so many senior's
(Silver Sneakers) that go there. and have an opportunity to work on the machines (especially
theEGYM machines -- these machines are always so busy). Then walking upstairs.

Excellent yoga classes with Kinelle; e-gym in fitness room, YMCA maintenance staff does excellent job keeping facility clean. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Problem area — gym floors are awful. Finish is spotty, many damaged (gouged) spots in floors, multiple dead spots in floors.
I can only speak on my experiences at the Jorgenson YMCA – I have been a member for many years and appreciate the amazing folks who work at this YMCA. Also, how over time, the Jorgenson YMCA has worked to meet the needs of its members. Just recently, they are making updates on the second floor next to the 2nd basket ball court. Also use the pool often and really enjoy the outdoor pool during the summer

Excellent experience, except for working around the ear-budded digital zombies. I shake my head each time I see them sitting on a machine, texting and wasting my time and theirs.

The Jorgensen Y is a facility me and my family depend on daily/ weekly for activities and fitness. We consistently receive great and friendly service from all staff. It is awesome!!
The first thing that comes to mind it's a Christian business. I've always been treated fairly, feel comfortable in the atmosphere. The place is clean, many amenities for health purposes. The instructors seem very qualified and willing to accommodate the members. I will support this Y and tell as many people as possible about my experience. Darryl.

My son was pretty grumpy about being dropped off and was crying, but the girls took him and consoled him and didn’t make me feel bad at all. They had him calmed down right away. I really appreciated they didn’t act annoyed since he was upset.

The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is nice because you can go to any of the YMCA's in the area. My husband can work out at the YMCA on his lunch break and I can go to the one closest to my home. The other part that is nice about this is that they have full amenities. I like cross training so being able to have an indoor track, a swimming pool, weights, and areas for relaxing like the hot tub, sauna, and steam room keeps our family coming back for more. Not to mention that the YMCA has classes to hope motivate those that need accountability and pro-rated programs for yourself and your children.
This YMCA is a great community asset..... It serves people and families of all ages.... There always seems to be some type of activity going on, especially for children.... The hours of operation are very convenient for someone my age (70)....The facility is also well maintained.
