SUGGESTION (request): The Jorgensen YMCA has four 'corners' along the upstairs walking/running track. Currently, one corner has a large timer while the other three corners each have a stationary bike.
I'm interested in having one of the bikes replaced with a treadmill. This would allow a calmer treadmill workout without all of the sensory overload that exists downstairs with all of the other equipment and TVs.
The bikes are seldom used, so I believe that nobody would mind (or even notice) going to 2 instead of 3. I believe that two of the corners already has an electrical outlet.

Staff is superb. Facilities are clean and well-maintained.
My only negative feedback is regarding the state of the basketball court surface. There are many patched sections and “dead spots” that you can feel while dribbling, especially right underneath the rims.
As a senior citizen, the y helps keep me very active
Instructor was very patient and helpful making sure both our little one and us as parents knew what to practice. Instructor was never pushy and let us go at our little ones pace. She offered ways for us to challenge our little one but never pushed her to do a task if she wasn't happy doing it. Loved our experience, will definitely be back for more classes!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's nice to have people acknowledge you. Also, the building is so clean. They keep cleaning something every day.

Love the environment
The Zumba classes are great. I love that line dancing is in the mix. I greatly appreciate the E Gym machines. Makes weight lifting so easy.

It's clean, people are friendly, and lots of great offerings of things to do.
The receptionist was the sweetest, wish I knew her name. A retired individual helped me with future schedules for water exercises.
So many classes to choose from or just do your own workouts.

I like the availability of the services and equipment.
I do not like the inability to enforce a dress code in the exercise area. Since it is a family institution with “Christian” values I don’t believe we should allow people to workout in sports bras. Also don’t like the ability of staff to wear LGTB+ propaganda.
Euchre card playing on Wednesday, chair yoga 🧘♂️ and working out on different machines.
It has everything that I want to do to keep me active. The pool lifeguards are super friendly and gracious.
