The facility is clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. The classes are beneficial and fun to do. The instructors are knowledgeable and entertaining. There are classes for every age group and level of experience. Each person can get exercise at their own pace.
I like the classes and child watch availability. All the equipment is nice, and the space is clean. I just wish there was a baby changing table in the womens locker room, since the family locker rooms are usually pretty busy to get into for a quick change.
My children love going to Child Watch at the Jorgensen YMCA. The staff are always helpful and play games or have coloring projects to do with them. It makes it easy for me to get some exercise while knowing they are having fun too

We went to see our grandson play basketball and used our phones to check in in case we wanted to work out. My barcode did not work and the person at the desk did a quick check and fixed the problem. Everyone was very friendly during the fix!!

It’s very close to my house and it’s included in my insurance. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful.
I love to exercise in the pool. I have arthritis and it is less painful than on land. The water zumba is great
It’s close to my kids and they have a great steam room. Whitley county has had their steamroom closed for almost a month now. It’s ridiculous. Just to get it tiled😩

Friendly & attentive staff w/ clear communication. Humble acknowledgement when staff makes a mistake & then going above & beyond to correct (youth basketball). Facility is always clean. Thoughtful amenities (e.g free coffee).
