I stopped at the desk for some information about kids club and the lady was so helpful. She answered my initial question but then shared additional schedules with me and went over them. She even included my two young kids in the conversation. She was amazing and I wish I recalled her name to call her out specifically.

The facility is clean. The variety of equipment available. I feel safe. Adequate parking. Zero depth pool . Hot tub, steam room and sauna. Variety of activities.

The facility is clean and well maintained. I appreciate the hang out place for children 8 years old and older. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s certainly worth the 20 minute drive.
Everyone that works at the Y is helpful, kind, and friendly. That includes the people behind the desk, the cleaning crew, and especially the instructors. I have the most contact with the instructors. They are very well prepared and knowledgeable. They make the classes worthwhile, fun, and enjoyable. I have also gained many new friends through the Y while becoming stronger and healthier.

I saw a poster about a homeschool program, but cannot find much information about it.
Great friendly staff. Love the eGym machines. Machines due have breakdowns but they are repaired quickly.

The HIIT instructors are great (Genia and Kelli). Makes for a great workout experience. The facilities are very nice. I travel for work and use YMCAs in the various cities. I've only seen one YMCA that is as nice as Jorgensen (was in Ambler, PA).

Staff was very helpful
friendly staff, sauna and steam room and I like the Varity of machines...
the only thing I dont like are the younger guests (high school age) who congregate around the machines and are not using them keeping me from using the machines without asking them if they are finished.
