I love that even as a non- member I can sign up for swim lessons.
Also the teacher (Colleen) that my son has for intro to swim is AMAZING. My son had a melt down because he didn't want to get his ears wet and she went above and beyond with him getting him comfortable with the water! She allowed him to modify the assignment and do the ask technique on land!
We have our 2 daughters in the swim program and really like it. The instructors do a great job with them and the girls seem to really enjoy going. The facility is clean and we are always greeted by friendly people!

Environment is far better than Jorgensen (less classes) teacher actually works with students
Though there has been turnover during our membership over the years, the friendliness of the staff has mostly been consistent. I enjoy being greeted with a warm salutation and a smile in the mornings.
The instructors at specifically parkview ymca are experienced and good at pushing without going too far. They expect the kids to pay attention and respect them which helps everyone have fun and learn well. Just the right about of understanding and firmness

My wife and I like walking around the track listening to the music from the church Sunday mornings! We love the 24 hour access, and the staff there is always helpful!

The group my 3rd grader was in had a Life Guard / Consular that was with them most of the time & traveled to the Marion Splash Park also, the variety of activities. Thank you
The splash park was nice and the water there was warm! The pool was cooler and the area for littles to swim was a bit small and the lifeguard did not enforce the rules of letting kids in life jackets swim on the other side of the rope. This was an issue because my nephew was asking me why they were allowed to but he wasn’t. While I appreciate their flexibility, it’s hard to explain to a child.
