I like the walking track. It is large and easy to walk on.
I usually walk about 3 miles. After which I dress in my swimming attire and get in the pool and walk the length of the pool 3 times, tread water for 10 minutes. Then get into the hot tub and relax. This helps with massaging my knee and lower back.

I like the exercise classes. There is a good variety. There is always a treadmill, bike, elliptical, or rowing machine to use. I like that the pool is available for everyone and the locker rooms are clean. The Y is a clean facility and the staff is friendly! Overall, the Y is a great place to exercise!

I appreciate the friendly staff, the variety of classes offered, and the wide variety of equipment available.
This facility needs to be upgraded. The walking track up stairs is tilted towards the center. This makes walking very difficult especially if the walker has balance issues.
What I do like is the actual exercise equipment. It has been greatly helpful in my weight loss efforts. It would also be very nice if the swimming pool was larger to allow for greater water exercises. Also to have a hot tub in the facility.
It is not that there is not enough land property to perform these expansions because there is.

Everyone is always welcoming and just a pleasure to be around.
Exemplary staff. I am often greeted by name when I come in the front doors. Anytime I have asked for anything, someone sees to it that it gets done. The facility is clean. I worked as a janitor over the course of my various jobs, so I appreciate the hard work involved in making that happen. I have made good friends there which makes getting in my miles much easier. I try to take time to thank staff for their work because a quality facility is the work of many people some of whom are in the background.
