My experience with the facilities and staff at the Y has been top notch
There are plenty of workout machines to use, the track, pool, etc. You have various classes to sign up for and the luncheons for senior adults with various speakers, that I just got back into and enjoy.
I was not paying attention and missed the Christmas luncheon. Actually, forgot about it as last year we were working on the house and my husband had surgery in November. Next year I will watch for it as I guess it fills in 12 or 24 hours.
Happy to be back to work out.

I love going to the Parkview Y. It's an awesome well-maintained facility, and everyone who works there is very nice.

The Pool is back to opening at 5:00 am, which helps me get in my exercise before work. The staff is very friendly.

Clean, Friendly, Safe feeling environment!
The staff is wonderful- always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that other members attending classes somehow think that they have the right to a certain spot in the room just because they have been there for a long time. I visit classes in the morning (TNT and Pilates with Julie C) and the classes are very full. When I first started coming, I was told by other attendees what spot I could have and another time that I was in someone's spot. I have not experienced that at any other YMCA (I also go to the central branch and Parkview). I know this was an issue at a Zumba class I took at Jorgensens - the instructor addressed the issue.
