All the equipment and amenities I need. Fine service from the staff, too. The wood floor in the gymnasium is kind of dead though, if basketball is your sport of choice.
My wife and I have been so thankful for all of the staff we have met there. We miss Heidi and John and their pleasant help during the morning. Tonya and Erin are always pleasant. We are also grateful for the morning lifeguards in the pool. My wife has benefited from the personal coaching she has received there on more than one occasion. Now that we find ourselves in our seventies, we find keeping moving more important than ever.
All staff members are consistently kind in greetings and willing to offer any help that I may need. Since having both knees replaced , I use the ymca for building my muscles and stamina. Everyone shows that they do care about me and my rehabilitation.
Keep equipment in good working order and facility clean. Plenty of staff around to provide a sense of safety. Friendly staff. Lots of good programs for all ages and health conditions.
Would prefer you would go back to the previous method of towels and spray where we could pick it up at a table upon arriving and place used spray on the desk when leaving and used towels in bins. With the current method, we cannot be sure that the old spray bottle and towels have been handled properly by prior users.

Good clean atmosphere with great staff and machines.
NOTE: Sometimes there is a newspaper for patrons to enjoy but most days its gone. Can something be done to ensure the paper stays around for a day or two.
Great energy
Enjoying the Silver Sneakers classes; meeting new people. Love the walking track when it’s too hot outside to walk. Enjoy using the machines. Love the big stretch table in the stretch area but it’s busy a lot. Would be great to have another one.
The primary is your team and they are all very nice. The facility is well maintained, great equipment and very clean. Thank you for providing all of this.
