The Y in New Haven is the perfect size for me. It has all of the equipment I need, enjoy the E gym equipment. Use it every day I'm there. The social experience is great also, I've been going there for years.

Clean and friendly environment. I enjoy the staff and youth programs available for my kids. My one complaint is that the dryer in the Wellness Center needs fixed. The high pitch squeal coming from it is physically painful and it’s hard to want to stay here to workout.
I love this place. First of all, the spirit that had this idea of having a place for people to get together, socialize, make friends, and enjoy life round a simple engagement of doing something exercise. The outcome is the pursuit and finding of happiness.

They have lots of activities for young and old. The staff is very helpful and very nice.
I really enjoyed working with my personal trainer, Lauri. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She always makes me feel comfortable in sharing my needs and she shared so many options to me to focus on my goals. I feel so fortunate to have worked with her!
