I can use the nationwide y wherever I travel. And I also live in the Savannah area and use the y’s at several locations in the coastal Georgia region of ymca’s.
Love the environment there. I also love that there is so much to do and a safe place to just have somewhere where I can make friends and have activities to do when its cold out and you cant be out doors. I love the steam room and the sauna. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Working out at the central Y multiple times a week always puts me in a better mood. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and seeing other regulars bonding over shared goals of health is inspiring. There is a great sense of community and support at the central YMCA.
Lots of things to do
I enjoy all of the friendly staff. Childcare workers do a great job with my toddler. Facilities are clean and environment is welcoming.
Dora’s aqua Zumba class is so fun! It hardly feels like a work out.

I like the class in the gym at 11:00 a.m. on Tues. and Thurs.
Also, I love using the rowing machine and the ARC as it is very beneficial for me.
Using the dumbbells and stretching is another essential activity.
Coffee is enjoyable if I hit it at the right time.
