Available floaters for little kids
The staff is always friendly and out and about talking to members throughout the day. I like the variety of workouts that are available to me and feel most people can find something to keep them active. I see young people and elderly people moving all around me.The atmosphere is always upbeat and I feel better that I have gone that day. Thank you for the opportunity to improve my physical and mental health!
I like the 24 hour access. That is one of the main reasons I go. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Fo the most part the complex is clean. I would like to see more cleaning and picking up around the gym especially where the members cubby holes are. People are constantly leaving used towels and items that stay there for days at a time.
People and Facilities
I visited the Central Branch yesterday - and it was a great experience. I am, however, a more consistent user (and board member) of the Caylor Nickel Y and I would like to share that I have noticed more unclean areas around the Y (dust in the gym, hair in the shower early mornings - as if never cleaned the night before, etc). I know our Y has big plans and I appreciate that! I also encourage leadership to remain focused on these little details in an effort to remain excellent. I've shared this concern with Thom, and do hope that Metro staff keep this in focus.

It is a bright and happy place with clean locker rooms.
Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is excellent. woud'nt go anywhere else
The staff is very friendly. I especially enjoy Aleasa's Friday 1:00 fitness class that includes Bang the Drum. A fun way to get a good workout.

I love the versatility and availability of the Ys I visit. I work at South Side and live in the 07, so I visit Central, Renaissance, Weigand and Jorgensen YMCAs on a weekly basis— depending on my daily schedule of events and proximity to each location either before or after work or during my lunch break.

We love Y sports! Our Y ball coach, Kayla, did an amazing job teaching the kids in a way they understood and kept things positive and fun, which helped the players make lots of progress throughout the season. Kim does an awesome job running the sports programs and keeping things focused on the kids.
I am a silver sneakers participant. I love the exercise class and I loved the people in it.❤️

Went to aqua exercise on Wednesday. Lorie was fantastic. She kept was working the entire 45 minutes and I stayed for the next class also. Another excellent experience. I wish she was available on other days at the North Y.
friendly, helpful staff, always very clean.
One complaint, I like to use the profile to save my treadmill runs. But most times when I sign on, tit locks up for about ten minutes and no one can use the treadmill. Yesterday there were six olcked up and I was never able to access my history or save my run.
My mom just moved to town and I suggested that she check out the Y. She walks 4-6 miles daily and in winter, it would be a great option.
