The heures and space
There is plenty of equipment to use. Rarely do I have to wait to use a machine. The workout area is always clean and orderly. The staff is helpful and friendly.

It's never overly crowded. I can get to a machine or weights easily.
I love the variety of classes available and so many choices based on levels of fitness. As an added benefit, I have made a lot of friends while improving my health and fitness. The staff at the DuPont Y is always so helpful and friendly. A total win: exercise I enjoy, fun, friends, and health benefits!
Facility is clean, welcoming, and equipment is excellent and in good repair.
It's a healthy way to create and build community with all walks of life, ethnicity and ages. There's something for everyone - You just have to look and see what's in it for you and also see how you can give back too. This particular Y has a unique layout inside and out and it's landscaping is beautiful.... Thank you Parkview Y!
I have greatly benefited from the chair yoga class lead by Jane. She transitions smoothly from the many stretches we do. I even do some of the stretches at home when my back aches. They normally relieve my aches and pains of being a senior.
Egym is great. Staff are the best. What more can you ask.

It is a very friendly environment! We love our silver sneakers classes. Our instructors are very knowledgeable and give clear instructions. They also make our workouts fun!
I appreciate the Egym the most. I use other equipment (weights, Cybex, cardio) when I need variety.
