I ran completely out of propane, when I called they were running 5 to 7 days out. The nice lady said she put me on a list could not tell me exactly when they’d be coming but the next day the driver arrived. He filled me up and relit my heater. Thank you for the exceptional service!

The only negative is your truck that stopped by to fill our tank leaked oil all over out concrete driveway. That is not a good thing. We made him aware as he left and we heard nothing from you guys. It's now permanent.

The customer service ladies are always friendly, there is a great way to budget for deliveries of gas and they deliver automatically. We have never had to call (and wait) for gas, they show up always before we run out. We have never been disappointed by Freeman. We recommend them to anyone who is searching (or even not liking the one they have) for a propane provider. We think they do an outstanding job.
When I call for a fill up I appreciate the office staff who schedules my delivery. They are always polite & efficient and my gas is delivered within a few days. I know they are very busy especially during the winter months when the weather can get cold & icy. Thank you.
