The services Freeman provides are on par with other providers. I rated Freeman a 10 because of the exceptional customer service and support I get from Sissy and Melissa when I call Freeman. They are top notch at their jobs and follow through with resolving issues. The only thing I need is a new tank gauge or a new tank with gauge. Mine has been malfunctioning for approximately two years and has to be filled through the feeder valve.
Even though I had to call a different location due to Freeman’s phone issues. The promptly took care of what I needed.
