For most part service has been good, they respond quickly if low on gas or if we are out of town they will stop by and check if gas is low and will add if needed, we did have a issue awhile ago when installers were repairing our gas fireplace in basement when we were not there and they left blind up and left patio door unlocked, we had a meeting with manager to be sure he was aware and hopefully not happen again.
So easy to do business with Freeman Gas! Years ago I was empty on Easter and they come out and filled it up soon after I called. My husband had had a quadruple bypass and usually took care of the tank. We were very glad.
