The local staff in Ellijay and Blue Ridge are awesome. The third party refund company and the policy generated out of corporate not so much. I've called at least 5 times checking on my $920 refund I overpaid with. It's taking over 7 weeks and I still don't have it. This is ridiculous. It should take 1 week.
I called for propane and got a delivery the next day. Glad to see our previous delivery driver. Also like the prepay option.
