I have been a customer since 1993 with multiple cabins for some of the time. During that time, the people who work there have been absolutely the best. It had the small town feeling and they knew your name.
Danny was always so very helpful and even came out to our home and got my gas fireplace going. We had a huge snow storm and no electricity. I will always remember that.
I heard that Freeman Gas has sold and I sure hope they can maintain the small town feeling and not get "corporate".
I called the other day to have someone come out and fix our gas fireplace. I am renting the cabin and some of the renters messed up the rocks in there. They were nice but sounded like they have a lot more rules and it meant that I have to wait about a month for help.
We recently received a propane delivery from a new driver, Matthew. He was friendly and professional. He represents the company very well, and we hope he continues as our delivery driver in the future.
