9 out of 10 for the call back on 1-30-24 from Trish in Blue Ridge office (I rarely give 10/10 to anyone :) ...I do appreciate the call in response to my review of 1-27-24 specifically concerning relocation of our 250 gallon propane tank. We look forward to site visit from Danny (with Tech?) soon as possible to determine best location, then as I understand it the Tech will come later and move it as agreed at no additional charge. Also appreciate the $25. credit to our account for the delay in refilling our tank. Thanks again for clarifying the 10-foot rule as we did not realize it had been policy for some time.
