Friendly, helpful and responsive Murphy NC office (Sandra and Stephanie) and field installers (Tommy and Gene). Tommy and Gene did everything possible during the installation of my heating system to keep copper piping hid. Service with filling my propane take was done within 2 days showing quick service response times.

What do you like about our products and services?

Everyone is polite and courteous. Plus when you call someone answers the phone.

Would like to see that you call beforehand of the delivery so if needed, you can have gates unlocked and dogs put away. That's my only concern.

My driver didn't have service, but luckily I was at home.

All and all, I am very pleased with the company.

Wonderful Service Always at the Murphy, NC Store. They are definitely my favorite propane service provider after the past thirty years of dealing with others in the field.
