But I have to tell you, though, what is confusing and from a business perspective really not good. I searched for the app the other day. I started with Proflame but remembered the app had a different name. Then I searched for gas. Nope. Nothing with gas. I don’t even remember how I got to mySuperior (which isn’t even mySuperior Gas. It’s stupid, to be frank. If I recall correctly, and even if I don’t it still serves my point, when the Proflame site or app stopped being used we were told it was migrating to the MS platform or app, whatever. I don’t recall that ProFlame was actually bought out. The new tanks just delivered say Proflame. Now, here’s a feedback form from which company? Freeman Gas.
Just send out an email. Tell people you merged, changed the name, whatever. Just do something that has one name. And I’ll be silly now- even SuProMan would be better than not being able to remember who I’m doing business with.
I was thinking of calling to get the tank filled as using the fireplace heater. And next thing I knew I had a full tank. Thank you for being on top of this!!! I’m ready for winter!❄️
We never have to request gas delivery. And the deliveries are spaced out nicely so we don’t get one huge bill.
