The delivery was very prompt, service folks are always super friendly and the delivery driver was great too, I talked with him briefly to show him the location of the tank-he did a great job, great guy to talk to-very attentive and friendly.
My only slight complaint is that I had applied the coupon to receive the $85 off of my order, when my statement appeared I noticed the $85 credit was not applied, so I contacted the office in murphy and spoke with Stephanie-she saw at once that the credit was missing and applied it to my account immediately, but I gather that it should have been applied on line when I put the code in during the order process. That part was inconvenient and some folks may miss out altogether on the discount if they don't look for it. Thank goodness Steph jumped right on it and applied the discount, I've spoken with her on the phone before, and in person in the office, she's great to deal with, always knows what 's going on and gets right to the heart of the matter, resolves any problems quickly. But anyway, that's the only slight complaint I would have, which is a minor one, but one you folks may want to look into. Otherwise, I love doing business with you folks! Thanks again-K Chrisman

James and Tommy were excellent. They explained the whole process to us and answered all questions on the day of the estimate and also on the day of installation. Their timing was perfect to work with the Mountain Power group on the install and gas delivery. I could not have asked for a more perfect job.
I would also like to mention Sandra Silvers who was the key in helping me make the decision to go with Freeman Gas. Talking with me on the phone, answering questions, getting me prices all helped me make the decision to go forward with Freeman over other providers.
