Only supplier of propane locallyI assume. As a new customer, I was required to have the tank and connections validated. An appointment was scheduled and two servicemen showed up as scheduled ON TIME. Thank you very much! The necessary tests were performed, the documents signed and the men left promptly. PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. Shared a story with Tom about left handedness and a University study that determined the cause of it.

I enjoyed meeting the two professional technicians who stayed on the property until the fireplace worked correctly and efficiently. Also, my wife and I were thrilled that unlike all the other cabins that have a vertical tank, ours was a horizontal one. By it being horizontal it lays close to the ground and it isn't an eyesore nor does it need any artificial covering to hide it from view.
Did Freeman buy out Proflame? I wanted to switch back but proflame owned my tank. Glad to have Freeman again but I'm a little confused. Lol
Prompt delivery when I call for a fill
Pleasant helpful staff. However we waited for gas for 9 dsys. It was finally delivered late Friday
Apparently my order never was sent to dispatch although an employee assured me I was to be delivered on the 17th. It was delivered on the 19th because I called the office and asked for the manager, Danny. I realize it has been very cold and everyone was working hard but either a mistake was made or the employee lied to get me off the phone!
Stephanie in the office goes above and beyond to serve your customers. The guys who came and installed the tank were very friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the propane delivery driver, Keith, was super nice.
Rent is a bit high for the elderly and disabled as I'm both. The service and employees are super nice.

The team that came out for the install were professional. They were able to quickly install the line and tank without issues. They explained in detail how to use the gas fireplace to keep us safe. These two guys were very good at what they do and worked well together.
