Jason Ledford was most helpful upon his initial visit to educate us and estimate the scope of our project. He then returned with his team to install our cookstove line even though it was the end of the day and he was not feeling well. He stayed to ensure that the job was done to his standards. We appreciate that very much and look forward to tank installation and cookstove hookup day.
The local office staff is helpful, when you can get ahold of them. Due to the parent company, Superior, contacting my local Freeman office is very challenging. I once got people in Toronto Canada! Their rollover answering service to me from Toronto, to Blairsville, to Murphy. Not a good communication experience.

Freeman staff are very responsive to me as a customer. The local office is great to talk to, very friendly. Delivery is quick. Drivers are courteous. What's not to like.

The Person that did my installation, was incredibly professional and should be in management showing others the proper way to intal and treat clients. I had not heard good things about Freeman gas initially. However this experience changed what others had told me . I Wish it was gas and not propaine. Simply because propaine has.a bad smell and doesn't burn as clean.
