I had a billing problem and dealt with Beth who got things fixed both quickly and very sweetly. Now for what I didn't like and what caused the problem. I had an account with Freeman but Proflame delivered propane. I was used to the driver leaving a invoice on the door. This did not happen. I never received a bill. Then we started getting call instructing us to call the office but never about what. Every time we called we were put on hold for 10 minutes so I never spoke to anyone. I called to request delivery and found out that we were delinquent. I had no idea that Freeman And Proflame were the same company. Even now this e-mail request came from Freeman but when you call you answer as Proflame. Please pick a name to minimize confusion. Again, Beth was wonderful and represents you well whatever you decide to call yourselves.
