Great customer service & responsiveness
Sometimes things don't always go as planned and the character of a business is revealed in how they handle an event that didn't go so well. We had a scheduling issue with a gas delivery and when it was brought to the attention of the manager of our Freeman Gas in Murphy, NC. Jayme Dills, she promptly responded to our concerns. Though on personal time she responded on a weekend and provided her personal contact information so that I might speak directly with her and discuss the matter. She promptly resolved the problem beyond our expectations. She was extremely understanding and presented a pleasant. professional demeanor. Her customer service was exceptional. I had initially given thought to changing gas providers but after dealing with Jayme I am staying with Freeman Gas. She is a credit to Freeman Gas and should be recognized as such by her corporate management. Thanks to her I am a happy customer.
