Local service is always good and central customer support has been helpful as well. Had some issues getting last delivery for unknown reasons but in the end it got done after a few tries.
The office personnel in Murphy, NC were very informative and understanding. The associates that came to our home to install the tank were also timely, knowledgable and patient, with my needs. It was refreshing to see the teamwork they had going on, especially when the 3rd associate showed up to help out.
Terry, from the Blairsville office, came by to fill the propane in our new tank and I have to say he was a sweetheart, professional, informative and helpful.

We ran out of gas sooner than expected, but your driver was prompt in servicing our propane system and even checked to make sure there were no leaks that caused the tank to go empty. I thought the cost was a bit much but realize what is happening to energy costs. TJB
