Prompt delivery when my tank went below 40%. However, delivery was on Thursday, and I know that because I saw him, but he did not leave any notification of the delivery and my account was debited the next day, again, no notification.

You email billing is terrible. It arrives as a no-reply which I usually delete. There is no logo and I have to read through 1/2 the page to find out if it's spam or not. No link to the website to see my bill or pay it. The delivery driver did not leave me a receipt, so I have no idea how many gallons were delivered. If I hadn't actually seen him, I wouldn't have known he was here at all.
