Local office staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. Local drivers go out of their way to ensure we have a fill when we need it….The central dispatch system from the new, overarching organization is faulty (deliveries not scheduled, messages not forwarded to the local office). However, local staff and drivers are very aware of the individual characteristics of our counties and provide excellent service. They take great care of all their customers…locally…and are very pleasant and personable. I especially call your attention to local driver Nathan (Cherokee County, NC) for his driving expertise, pleasant and helpful demeanor, cognitive capacity to remember the individual customers in the area and the characteristics of the dirt and gravel mountain roads that lead to the propane tanks on their properties, and his dedication to making the deliveries they need as soon as weather and road conditions permit.
Delivery was prompt…Driver needs to take better care exiting driveway!! Rather than exiting the opposite of entering driveway, he decided to make the tight turn running over the border rocks n putting huge divets in the gravel!
