I like the automatic billing which other companies offer as well but the billing system needs to be updated. I have it set up on automatic billing but the email and text doesn't reflect it, it tells me that a bill is due.

Local office in Murphy is great to deal with...but when phone call goes through to corporate they are clueless...no idea of what propane devices we have or when we can expect a delivery. For example we had a generator installed a year ago and connected by Freeman Gas and yet no one had a record of that and thus our propane use calculation could not be accurate nor did we realize we should always have 35-40% fuel on hands in case electric power is lost and we have to use the generator for any extended period of time. Any problem I have to deal with I will go to the Murphy office rather then even call ...
