I like having a gas service that is small and delivers personal service. If I call with a problem or question, they are quick to answer or resolve the situation. They once delivered my gas to my neighbor’s tank . When I called to report that I had no gas at night, someone came to my house and delivered gas so that I had heat.

Response to any requests regarding the tank and checking the fireplace are always timely. It is a bit confusing contacting Superior and having them forward my calls to local Freeman staff for processing.
