Freeman/ Superior gas come when they say they will. They placed a regulator on our tank, which we own, to alert them when we are low in propane. It is definitely more efficient.

The service
The delivery man was very nice and remembered where the tank was at. I only get gas once a year for gas logs.
First of all, I can’t say enough good things. Jerry, who delivered our propane was so nice and professional. He is a breath of fresh air and so positive and kind even though I know how busy all of your staff has been. Randy, who is a manager, has always been so kind and helpful, as well. I had worked with him during the RB’s Gas days. When I reach out, he always answers any questions.

I was happy about the quick service this trip.
1. The fact that since 2006 I have never had to call the after hours hot line because I was allowed to run out of propane. Another local service allowed this to happen on three separate occasions, that is when I switched to Freeman Gas
2. The budget payment plan allows me to budget pay throughout the year, instead of getting hit with a larger payment in winter when more gas is used.
3 I never have to call for a fill. The service of auto fill keeps my tank monitored and fills as necessary.
