Location, friendly staff and equipment
Clean facility, very friendly people & staff.
I love the Taylor Family AfterSchool Experience because of the wonderful, knowledgeable, kind-hearted Staff. The children are always enjoying themselves because of the many things they're involved in, whether rain or shine.
All the staff members are so helpful and friendly and the classes and instructors are great!
I think that people in the saunas should have clothes on
I pay to use the facilities and I do not appreciate individuals wearing towels TO the sauna and then removing them IN the sauna... and EXERCISING NAKED in the sauna! This should be outlawed, it is a FAMILY PLACE. I can see exercising in the sauna, but please WEAR CLOTHES OR A BATHING SUITE.
The vents in the shower rooms (pool locker rooms and main gym locker rooms) need to be cleaned - they are blowing out DUST/MOLD into the air we breathe in. It's quite unsanitary.

Group Class Variety
Accessibility and facility are good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
It is less expensive than alternatives. The group exercise classes are fantastic. It is not too crowded at the times I go. There is always something to do.

The staff at the Y are the best I have ever encountered.
Everything is great, honestly. The staff is nice etc - it's clean. The only suggestion I would make is to see if it is possible to get some very, very visible signs (maybe bright red or yellow) to hang above the outside lane of the track that say "!!!passing lane!!!" It's a minor thing, though.
It’s such a great atmosphere, with lots of different areas to do your own thing. I go with two friends, and we support each other.

It is not too large. It has various options so a family can come and go workout as they want in one place. It feels safe. The price is good .
Friendliness of staff

The gym is safe, clean and well maintained.
Friendly staff (especially Casey T.) plenty of well-maintained machines so I rarely have to wait during my visits, steam room & sauna, more mature clientele (fewer jocks), wide variety of activities (although I rarely have the time to avail myself of them), easy parking (when I tend to visit).
We have had a great experience with Cooper and Brendan running the afterschool program! My son is active and engaged with it.
Both kids are able to get most homework done (with exception of days they don't allow computer, which needs to be reassessed); they get some activity and are more familiar with friends and counselors
Taylor at the front desk is awesome. Something about her personality just makes you feel like you belong. She clearly believes in the value of the Y.
Love that I can go and work out while my child is being cared for on site!
