Consistency of staff they do a great job
I like the feeling of community…. The qualified instructors and staff, the friendliness of the front desk staff, the diversity of class offerings, and the mission.
What I don’t like is the app! It’s so clunky to use. :-(

Everything but especially the instructors at Taylor. I also go to morrisville aquatics center for fitness classes and Taylor's instructors are heads and tails better, especially Nan, Romaine, Donna and Stephanie.
Took off one star for the awful pool locker room. Gross and no privacy whatsoever
Also... whoever is in charge of keeping group fitness center clean needs to vacuum every nook and cranny. When we get down on the floor, there is
hair everywhere. Yuck.
Love the staff. Love the facilities. Always clean. Great selection of equipment and the facility as a whole has great amenities. Also a great value for the cost. Also everyone is friendly, it’s a great community.
Really appreciate the amount of volleyball you provide. It serves a fairly large group of people, both men and women. It's nice to see gym time given to a sport other than basketball.
We enjoyed being able to keep our training up while running half marathons. Though we don’t run that far anymore we do try to maintain our fitness and increase our flexibility with training and excercise programs at the Y. During the summer we enjoy a few hours a day poolside!
The thrive instructors give guidance to those of a mature age which is appreciated by many. They also have time to answer questions.
Although there is Chair Yoga, I also wish there was Mat yoga geared to folks less flexible and using more props to widen the pose agenda
I also enjoy the Zumba and kickboxing.
Staff have always be open and professional. It is a welcoming place although the track is a little dark and depressing. - ask art students to create a project to brighten things up.

Friendly environment.
Taylor Y is a very safe and friendly space. It's a diverse community and everyone seems to be welcome and included. Really like my yoga classes and teachers there.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is laid back. My son loves camp there in the summers. He also participates in the Leadership club. It has been very rewarding for him. The facilities are always clean and equipment is consistently replaced for newer equipment.
Great staff and equipment. Love the new earlier hours too.
My only complaint is that the upstairs weight room is soooo hot.
Convenient, safe environment that my daughter loves. Some staff turnover at times but supportive supervisors fill in as needed
Excellent staff at front desk. Excellent instructions m-f at 5:45 or 6 am for the classes at the Taylor Y.

One very minor suggestion, for women's steam room, can we make the steam room into a ultra red light room? I heard the other Ys in the area are doing that and it is really nice to have it!

Great instructors, classes, and staff.
Very well-run, clean and family-oriented facility. Excellent pool with dome makes swimming for the kids a year-round activity. Welcoming, personable staff. Great hours. Taylor is a pillar of the community on this side of Cary.

I love the people and the sense of community. I don't have many close friends who are members at the Y. But I have made so many acquaintances who become closer with each visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The classes are challenging and engaging. It feels like the right spot for me--every time I walk through the doors.
