My only complaint is the teenagers that HANG out on the weight machines etc and scroll on their phones. After sitting on machine for 15 min, they’ve spent maybe 4 minutes using it. Pls have staff politely encourage them to move on. It’s especially bad in the summer.

The friendliness of the staff members and the skills of most of the instructors. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the Y. It never smells like a dirty gym.

I like the classes. I like that you request positive feedback, but wonder why the last time you requested my feedback that I didn't have an opportunity to provide constructive suggestions for things that could be better. Maybe this survey will be different?

Being able to schedule lap lanes and classes so that I’m assured a place before getting dressed, packing equipment and driving over. Previously I would do all of those things only to find there isn’t an opening. Incredibly frustrating.
I like the Taylor Y. Staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a great array of machines and activities.
My only piece of advice would be to encourage patrons to limit use of phones while using the facilities. I frequently encounter folks on their phones checking email or speaking with someone vs. working out. I know there are exceptions but not referring to those
